Hardly anyone knows that foxes are actually gray and get their red coat from their penchant for sweet raspberries. Don’t think so? Then ask a German friend about the legend of the “Himbeerfuchs,” or the ”Raspberry Fox.” And because we like the tasty fruit at least as much as our four-legged friends, we refined it with white chocolate.
