Germany (DE) € 3,90, starting at € 40 shipping is free within Germany * (for private customers only)
Austria (AT) € 6,90 flat rate (for private customers only)

The areas of delivery are currently limited to Germany and Austria. The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
DHL is our reliable partner in Germany to bring packages from our bakery to you. We participate in the DHL’s GoGreen program. This guarantees compensation for all resulting CO2 emissions.
First, alternative fuels and modernized vehicles are used to keep emissions low.
Additionally, the program guarantees mitigation of all pollutants that are still generated. For example, these include hydroelectric power plants in Brazil, wind power plants in China or several small solar energy projects in Sri Lanka.
Please note: Returns in the event of non-delivery (for example: for refused acceptance, if the recipient can not be identified, or if the package was not picked up ........ or for whatever reason) are always charged. The expense for the return fee for undeliverable goods is € 6.00 per parcel within Germany and € 12.00 for foreign parcels. In the case of a replacement shipment (only after consultation with the purchaser,) the respective shipping costs will be due again.

Tracking

Tracking your cookie package with DHL is easy:
Just go to the DHL site and enter your shipment number and (in the 2nd step) your postal code. And voilà: there is the current status of your package. Pack Stations are a very convenient alternative for people who are not at home during the day. It’s even possible to be informed of the arrival of your cookie order by text message.

Our packaging

When it comes to packaging, we have taken special care to ensure that our cookies arrive at your door intact. The key is a very thin layer of aluminum on the inside, which guarantees that everything stays soft and fresh. Thanks to our air-tight closure, there is no air circulation in the package.
